Jens Tschiedel (born August 5, 1968 in Wuppertal ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
ASV Wuppertal and Bayer 04 Leverkusen
Tschiedel began playing football at ASV Wuppertal and in 1985 moved to the A youth division of Bayer 04 Leverkusen before moving up to the second team for the 1986/87 season. In four seasons, however, he only played the home game against Wuppertaler SV in the Oberliga Nordrhein (Oberliga Nordrhein ), which was lost 4-1 on September 23, 1990 (8th matchday) and played one game in the DFB-Pokal competition. August 1989 in the first round against 1. FC Kaiserslautern was lost with 0: 1. For the 1990/91 season he moved up to the first team, but for which he did not play a competitive game.
Alemannia Aachen
From 1991 to 1994 Tschiedel played for Alemannia Aachen in the third-class Oberliga Nordrhein. As the runner-up last season, his team qualified for the now third-class Regionalliga West / Südwest , in which he played 25 games and scored five goals for Aachen in the 1994/95 season . FC Gütersloh
In the following season Tschiedel moved to the new league and competitor FC Gütersloh , with whom he emerged as champion at the end of his first season and was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga . Despite three points that were deducted from the team due to incorrect information in the licensing process, the class was able to be held as 13th of 18 participating teams. In the 1997/98 season still placed fifth, followed with 15th place at the end of the 1998/99 season, relegation to the Regionalliga West / Südwest. In the Regionalliga West / Südwest he played the 1999/2000 season for LR Ahlen , who came back in second place via the successful relegation to the 2nd Bundesliga . Tschiedel, meanwhile, moved to 1. FC Union Berlin in the third-class Regionalliga Nord , which he completed with the Berliners as champions. During the current season he and the team reached the DFB-Pokal final after playing four cup games, which they lost 2-0 to FC Schalke 04 on May 26, 2001 . He stayed with the team in the following season until December 31, 2001 before he returned to Wuppertal on January 1, 2002 and played the second half of the season for the second team of Wuppertaler SV.
