Jeroen Mul

Jeroen Mul (born June 14, 1990 in Amsterdam ) is a Dutch racing driver . He competed in the German Formula 3 Cup in 2011 .

Career

Mul began his motorsport career in karting in 1998 , where he was active until 2006. In the winter of 2006/2007 Mul made his debut in GT racing in the Dutch Winter Endurance Series and immediately finished eighth in the championship. In the further course of his career, he returned for individual starts in this series. Mul then switched to formula racing and competed in several racing series in 2007. He was runner-up in the Dutch Formula Gloria, seventh in the Benelux Formula Ford and eighth in the Dutch Formula Ford 1800. In 2008, Mul stayed in the Benelux Formula Ford and finished the championship again in seventh place. He also took part in individual Formula Ford events and individual Formula Gloria races. In 2009, Mul moved to Van Amersfoort Racing , for which he contested his third Benelux Formula Ford season. He finished 6 of 14 races on the podium and was runner-up.

In 2010, Mul competed for Van Amersfoort Racing in the northern European Formula Renault . He won two races and finished third in the championship with a total of six podium finishes. In 2011 , Mul moved to the German Formula 3 Cup , where he competed again for Van Amersfoort Racing. With two fifth places as the best results, he finished the season in tenth place in the championship.
