Jessica Ginkel (born August 12, 1980 in Berlin-Spandau ) is a German actress .

life and career

Before starting her acting career, Jessica Ginkel studied elementary school education . In addition to her studies, she worked as a model , hostess and small actress .

Ginkel was discovered at the YOU 2005 youth fair and invited to the casting of Gute Zeiten, Bad Zeiten . From April 2006 she played the role of Caroline Neustädter in the RTL daily soap. On July 27, 2009, she announced her departure from GZSZ . From July 2010 until the end of the series in April 2011, she was in front of the camera for the protagonist role of ZDF - Telenovela Lena - Love of my Life . In the RTL series Der Lehrer , she played alongside Hendrik Duryn from 2013 to 2019 . In the theatrical version of the short film On Air she was seen as Tara .

Ginkel was in a relationship with her fellow actor Oliver Bender from 2008 to 2010 .

Since 2012 she has been in a relationship with the actor Daniel Fehlow , who is also the father of her two children born in 2015 and 2018.

In 2019, at the end of the 7th season, she left the series The Teacher .
