Jessica Lynn Sutta (born May 15, 1982 in Miami , Florida , USA ) is an American singer and dancer and was a member of the Pussycat Dolls between 2002 and 2010 and has been a member of the Pussycat Dolls again since it was founded in 2019 .

Life

Jessica Sutta attended a dance school in Florida at the age of three . At fourteen she went to the New World School of the Arts in Miami to study dance. As a result of severe knee injuries, she had to temporarily switch to theater studies before finally studying dance again.

In 1999 she joined the Miami Heat Dance Team and became their front dancer two years later. In 2002 she moved to Los Angeles and appeared - as a freelance dancer - in music videos by Will Smith , Craig David and Gloria Estefan , among others . This is how she met the choreographer Robin Antin , who she cast for the R&B dance ensemble Pussycat Dolls that same year .

Solo career, dissolution and comeback of the Pussycat Dolls

On May 22, 2007, the dance song "Make It Last" was released, which was produced by Dave Aude. At the beginning of August 2007 the song "White Lies" by Paul van Dyk with Jessica Sutta was released, which was also the first single from Van Dyks new album "In Between". On July 6th, he presented the album at “The Love From Above” in the Berlin-Treptow-Arena, where Jessica Sutta performed live.

On January 28, 2010, Jessica Sutta confirmed that she was leaving the Pussycat Dolls in an interview with E! News and the Life & Style Magazine.

In November 2019, Sutta and four of her former The Pussycat Dolls colleagues announced that they would start a comeback including a UK tour and an appearance in the X-Factor finals.
