Johann Albrecht (* unknown; † July 11, 1603 in Heilbronn ) was Mayor of Heilbronn from 1589 to 1603 .

Johann was the son of Gutmann Albrecht († 1548 or 1549), who probably came from a vineyard family from Altböckingen and who sided with the farmers in the Peasants' War in 1525. Johann took the citizens' oath in 1549, was a member of the great council of Heilbronn from 1563 and a member of the court in 1564. From 1566 he was a member of the mighty Small Patrician Council, from 1586 he was tax master , from New Year 1589 Mayor of Heilbronn . During his tenure, important urban building projects were carried out: the Silchenbrunnen was redesigned in the Cäcilienbrunnenhaus and a water pipe was built from there to supply municipal wells, the Heilbronn town hall was expanded and the meat shop was built.

His descendants include the Heilbronn city councilors and wine growers Heinrich Georg Albrecht (* 1829), Wilhelm Albrecht and Adam Heinrich Albrecht (1860–1938).
