John Michael Noah (born November 21, 1927 in Crookston , Minnesota - † September 3, 2015 in Fargo , North Dakota ) was an American ice hockey player .
Career
John Noah attended the University of North Dakota from 1947 to 1951 , for whose ice hockey team he played in parallel. He then played amateur ice hockey for the Crookston Pirates and Warroad Lakers, where he could recommend himself for the 1952 Winter Games.
International
For the USA , Noah took part in the 1952 Winter Olympics in Oslo , where he and his team won the silver medal.
