John Otto
John Otto (* 22. March 1977 in Jacksonville , Florida as John Everett Otto ) is an American rock musician and drummer of nu-metal band Limp Bizkit .
Life
John Otto has been playing drums since he was 17. He is the cousin of Limp Bizkit bassist Sam Rivers , with whom he held jam sessions in his childhood home . They founded Limp Bizkit in 1994 while jamming with Fred Durst . During the recording of "The Unquestionable Truth, Part 1" Otto dropped out for a few months and went to a rehabilitation facility because he had problems with drugs. But now he's clean. Former Youth of Today drummer Sammy Siegler took over most of the drum parts on the EP. A DVD about John Otto with the title "Ottomatic Sound" is in planning. He lives in Hollywood .
