John Stones (born May 28, 1994 in Barnsley ) is an English football player . The central defender is under contract with Manchester City in the Premier League and is an English international .

Career

societies

Stones began his career in 2001 as a youth at Barnsley FC . There he moved up from the A-Youth for the 2011/12 season and was henceforth used in the first team in the Football League Championship . He made his debut on March 17, 2012 in the 4-0 defeat at home to Reading FC , where he came on in the 52nd minute for Scott Wiseman .

For the 2013/14 season , Stones moved to Everton FC in the Premier League . On September 14, 2014, he made his first appearance in the 1-0 win against Chelsea .
