Josep Enric Dallerès

Josep Enric Dallerès Codina (* 1949 in Vilafranca del Penedès , Spain ) is an Andorran writer .

He studied language and literature at the University of Montpellier and teaches French and fine arts in Andorra la Vella . As part of a political career, he was Minister of Education, Culture and Youth, President of the General Council and Member of the Andorran Parliament. His first books were all poetry . At the 2007 Frankfurt Book Fair he was a member of the Andorran team of authors on site.
