Julian Arredondo

Julián David Arredondo Moreno (born July 30, 1988 in Ciudad Bolívar ) is a former Colombian cyclist .

Arredondo was the 2006 Colombian road racing champion in the junior class. In 2010 he won the Gran Premio Folignano . In 2012 he moved to Team Nippo , where he was successful in part of the Tour of Japan. At the end of the season he finished fourth in the Japan Cup . In the 2013 season he won a stage and the overall standings at the Tour de Langkawi and the Tour de Kumano . For the 2014 season he moved to the Trek team , for which he competed until 2016. His greatest success so far is winning the mountain classification of the Giro d'Italia 2014 .
