Julia Huber (born November 29, 1998 ) is an Austrian ski jumper .

Career

Julia Huber starts for the SK Rottenmann-Steiermark . On July 27th, 2012 she made her debut in Pöhla in the Alpencup and reached place 21; since then, further competitions have followed regularly. A year later she started in Villach for the first time in July 2013 in the FIS Cup , where she finished 27th and 25th. Her debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup took place very early: On March 1 and 2, 2014, Huber started in Hinzenbach for the first time at the age of 15 in the World Cup, where she finished 43th and 45th. After that, however, she initially took the following seasons again regularly participates in competitions in the Alpine and FIS Cup.

On August 28th and 29th, 2015, Huber made her debut in Oberwiesenthal in the Continental Cup , where she finished seventh and 15th. On December 11th and 12th, 2015, she achieved her first podium places in the Notodden competitions with a second and third place Continental Cup. On September 10, 2016, Huber jumped on the podium again with a second place in Lillehammer .

Huber currently lives in Rottenmann .
