Juliana Götze (* 23. August 1985 in Berlin ) is a German actress .

Life

Juliana Götze lives with Down syndrome . She began her career in 1994 in the "Sonnenstich" circus of the "Sonnenuhr" eV association

Since 1999 she has been part of the ensemble of the integrative theater RambaZamba in the Berlin Kulturbrauerei . Götze was seen on stage in all the pieces by Ensemble Höhne. She played the main role of Alice in the plays Alice on the Rabbit Hunt and Alice in the Run . With the highly acclaimed productions Lilith's Return and Sisters , directed by Frank Krug, she was on the road in various cities in Germany, in Switzerland and in Luxembourg.

Juliana Götze played in various film productions. She became known to a wider audience in 2008 through her leading role as Rosi in the Polizeiruf-110 episode Rosi's Baby . In 2009 she played the leading role in the film Love and Stuff ... on behalf of Pro Familia Hessen. In addition to film and theater activities, Götze works as a voice actress, including for the movie Me too - Who wants to be normal? . In the TV film As You Are (2012) directed by Wolfgang Murnberger , she starred as Michalina at the side of Gisela Schneeberger .

In 2009 she and the film team received the “ Bobby ” media prize for her role in Rosi's Baby , and she was also honored with the “All-Together Award” from Lebenshilfe for people with intellectual disabilities, the North Rhine-Westphalia regional association.
