Karasburg-Ost (sometimes just Karasburg ) is a Namibian constituency in the ǁKaras region in the extreme southeast of the country. It emerged in 2013 from the constituency of Karasburg, which was divided into the parts East and West . The administrative seat of the constituency is the municipality of Karasburg, which gives the district its name .

The constituency has 9203 inhabitants (as of 2011).

Geographically, most of the area lies within the Karas Mountains . The district also includes the places Warmbad , Grünau , Ariamsvlei (the latter with border crossing to Botswana in Nakop ) as well as the border crossing Noordoewer on the national road B1 with border crossing to Vioolsdrift in South Africa .
