Karl Georg Becker (born September 24, 1858 at Gut Schönrath near Mülheim am Rhein , † November 28, 1914 ) was a German lawyer, landowner and member of the Reichstag .

Becker came from a Catholic landowning family and, after graduating from the Rhenish Knight Academy in Bedburg , studied law at the universities of Berlin and Bonn. He completed his studies in 1886 with his doctorate. He then studied agriculture and forestry at the Halle University of Applied Sciences . After completing his studies, he entered the civil service, was a court trainee in Bergheim and Cologne , and assessor in Montjoie , Mettmann and Düsseldorf . In 1898 he became a district judge in Hennef , and in 1906 a district judge in Cologne. Becker was also a co-founder and for many years chairman of the "Bergheimer Volksbank" district and the Bedburg sugar factory, and he was a board member of the "Rhenish Farmers' Association" and the "Agricultural Association for Rhenish Prussia".

From 1890 to 1914 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives . In a replacement election on January 9, 1901, Becker was elected to the Reichstag as a member of the constituency of Cologne District 5 ( Siegkreis - Waldbröl ) . In the Reichstag he joined the faction of the center . In the following three Reichstag elections in 1903, 1907 and 1912, he won the constituency with over 70% of the vote. Shortly after his election in January 1912, he resigned from the Reichstag on February 15, 1912.
