Career

Kevin Orendorz began his career as an ice hockey player in the youth department of the Iserlohner EC , for which he was active in the school league from 2007 to 2009. In the course of the 2009/10 season, the attacker moved to the junior division of the Krefelder EV , for which he also initially competed in the school league. During the 2010/11 season he was also used for the first time for the Krefeld junior team in the German Junior League. He spent part of the 2011/12 season as a loan player for the Hannover Indians in the youth Bundesliga. Towards the end of the season he also ran for the first time in the senior division for the Krefeld second team in the third-class ice hockey league . In the 2012/13 season , the left-handed shooter made his debut for the professional team of the Krefeld Penguins in the German Ice Hockey League , in which he became a regular player straight away. At the same time, however, he was still used for the second team in the Krefeld league and for their DNL team.

He left the club in 2018 after not receiving another contract extension.

In the 2018/19 season he plays for the Hammer Eisbären in the Regionalliga West.
