Duruma , proper name Chiduruma , also known as Kiduruma , is an East African language of the people of Duruma in Kenya . It belongs to the language family of the Bantu languages .

The Duruma, also pejoratively Wanyika , live in Kwale County , in 2009 the number of speakers was given as 397,000. The lexical similarity is given to 74% with Chidigo (ISO-639-3 dig) and 66% with Kiswahili (ISO-639-3 swh).
