The church region Triveneto (Italian Regione ecclesiastica Triveneto ) is one of the 16 church regions of the Roman Catholic Church in Italy . It comprises four church provinces with a total of 15 dioceses .

Territorially, the church region Triveneto extends over the three Italian regions of Trentino-South Tyrol , Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto .
