Komlan Amewou (born December 15, 1983 in Lomé ) is a Togolese football player .

The short midfielder began his career in Togo and Ghana and moved to Europe for the first time in 2004 to the Romanian club Gloria Buzau . However, he could not prevail and was loaned to the Libyan League. He then moved to his home country for two years in 2006, until the Norwegian first division club Strømsgodset IF signed him. Since July 2010 he has been playing for Olympique Nîmes in France.

Amewou has played for the Togolese national team over fifty times.
