Konrad Werdmüller
Hans Konrad Werdmüller (* 1606 ; † 1674 ) was a Swiss military leader.
He came from Zurich and in 1629 became a lieutenant in the Dutch regiment of Margrave Christoph von Baden at the siege of Herzogenbusch . Later he reorganized the Zurich cavalry and was at the head of the federal army in the suppression of the peasant uprising of 1653. From 1648 he was Seckelmeister of Zurich. He was sent to Paris in 1650 and, together with Mayor Waser, was a member of the federal delegation to the federal oath with Louis XIV in 1663 .
