War gun

The war firearm is a term from the German Waffenrecht and referred to in the list of weapons since 1961 existing military weapons control law referred gun of the numbers 29 to 32 of the plant . However, the term is listed in Appendix 1 to the Weapons Act .

These are:

  • Machine guns , except those with water cooling,
  • Submachine guns , with the exception of those modeled into a military force before September 2, 1945,
  • fully automatic rifles , with the exception of those modeled on a military force before September 2, 1945,
  • semi-automatic rifles, with the exception of those introduced as models in a military armed force before September 2, 1945, and hunting and sporting rifles
  • Grenade machine guns, grenade guns, grenade pistols
  • Cannons , howitzers , mortars of all kinds
  • Machine guns .
