Culture Prize of the City of Bottrop
The Culture Prize of the City of Bottrop is awarded every two years for outstanding achievements in the field of culture. The artist to be honored must live or be born in Bottrop . The award is in the fields of art, music, literature, architecture, design. Photography and performing arts awarded. The award is intended to stimulate dialogue between citizens and artists again and again.
With the new award guidelines from 2009, the culture award will now alternate with a young talent award.
