Kurt A. Heller

Kurt A. Heller (born August 22, 1931 in Külsheim / Baden) is a German psychologist and author .

Life

After graduating from the humanistic grammar school in Tauberbischofsheim , Heller studied theology , philosophy , pedagogy and psychology as well as primary and special school teaching at the universities of Freiburg im Breisgau and Heidelberg . He then worked as a teacher and educational advisor as well as a research assistant and lecturer at the PH Heidelberg . In 1971 he was given a chair in psychology at the University of Bonn , in 1976 a chair in educational psychology at the University of Cologne and in 1981/82 a call to the University of Munich (chair in psychology with a focus on psychological diagnostics and evaluation ). In 1999 he retired.
