State Labor Court of Baden-Württemberg
The Baden-Württemberg State Labor Court is the highest instance in matters of labor law at the level of the State of Baden-Württemberg .

The court has its seat in Stuttgart ; Chambers exist in Mannheim and Freiburg im Breisgau .

The court is in the Börsenstr. 6, 70174 Stuttgart in the Stuttgart-Mitte district.
history
Until 2003, responsibility for labor jurisdiction in Baden-Württemberg lay with the Ministry of Social Affairs , and since then the Ministry of Justice has been responsible.
Tasks and function
The regional labor court forms the second instance of labor jurisdiction. It is thus for appeals and appeals against decisions of lying in his district labor courts subject matter jurisdiction .
