Laura Imbruglia

Laura Imbruglia (* 15. June 1983 in Sydney ) is an Australian folk - rock - singer and guitarist . She is a younger sister of the internationally known pop singer Natalie Imbruglia .

Services

Imbruglia released their first EP in September 2003 called It Makes a Crunchy Noise . As a live artist, she had already generated positive feedback and performed - sometimes with a band, sometimes as a solo artist - not only at her own concerts, but also at various Australian festivals. In 2003 she was on tour in Australia with the Canadian duo Tegan & Sara .

At the end of December 2005, the single My Dream of a Magical Washing Machine followed from her first album, which was released on October 14, 2006 after a few delays and is named after her. The song Tear Ducts was released as the second single, parallel to the release of the album . In 2007 her debut album was also released in Germany. In 2010 Imbruglia published the follow-up album "The Lighter Side of ...". The album What A Treat followed on June 7, 2013 .

Touring

After Imbruglia had toured only in Australia until 2007, she announced a small European tour in August 2007 , which took her to Germany, England and Denmark in September and October 2007 . Further European events through Germany, Austria and Switzerland followed in spring 2008.
