Guest Posts

In contrast to the sparring mixtapes, on which numerous hip-hop musicians are represented with guest contributions, you can only hear three guest musicians on Lifeshow . These are the Frankfurt Jonesmann , who was contractually bound to Bozz-Music at the time , Schivv and the American Chamillionaire , who celebrated great success with the single Ridin ' in 2006 . Olli Banjo got in touch with Chamillionaire after he had produced a remix for the title Ridin ' as a result of a commission from Sureshot . Banjos part received a positive response from the record company in the USA as well as from Chamillionaire. Banjo and Chamillionaire then met in Frankfurt, where they recorded a song for Banjo's third solo album.

“We got to know each other during my last trip to Germany and got on really well. These international collaborations are also really important to me, after all, we all live the same culture, worldwide. For me, it's not about working with the hottest superstar in the respective country, but rather about credibility. I heard a couple of tracks from Olli and immediately recognized that this guy has skills. "
