Limonium zeraphae is a perennial subshrub . The linear-inverted lanceolate leaves form a down-to-earth rosette. Flowering time is from summer to autumn.

The branches of the 10 to 40 centimeter long flower stalks point strictly in only one direction. They have an angle of 90 to 160 °. The inflorescence is a slightly curved spike and 3 to 8 inches long, each spikelet is two to three-flowered, there are two to three per centimeter. The outer supporting sheet is 1.5 to 2 millimeters long, pointed and provided with a narrow, translucent edge at the edge. The middle bract is 1.5 to 2 millimeters long, rounded and with a broad, translucent edge. The inner support sheet is 4.5 to 5 millimeters long and has a narrow, transparent edge.

The number of chromosomes is 2n = 18.
