This list contains all former and incumbent members of the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Germany , i.e. all Federal Chancellors and Federal Ministers . The cases in which federal ministers have been commissioned to temporarily carry out the official business of another federal minister who has resigned from the federal government until his successor is appointed are not listed (“entrusted with the conduct of business”, abbreviated m. D. W. d. G. b. ).
