The Lobdeburgtunnel is an approximately 600 meter long noise protection tunnel on the federal motorway 4 south of Jena .

The tunnel is directly adjacent to the Jena Saale Valley Bridge between the Jena- Göschwitz and Jena-Zentrum junctions . It has two tubes, each with four lanes , 46.5 meters wide and has a maximum clearance height of 18.5 meters.

The tunnel was built from 2003 with the six-lane expansion of the A4 as part of the German Unity No. 15 traffic project as a landscape-integrated enclosure in order to relieve the adjacent residential area of Jena-Lobeda from traffic noise. A park was built on the tunnel .
