Loogfels on the Cyriakuspfad
The Loogfels on the Cyriakuspfad in the Palatinate Forest ( Rhineland-Palatinate ) is a Loogfels that is registered as an individual monument in the list of monuments of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate . Such rocks were provided with notches, for example with coats of arms or pictograms to mark a border .
Geographical location
The Loogfels marks the southern border of the city of Deidesheim and the northern border of Gimmeldingen , which today belongs to Neustadt an der Weinstrasse . It is located about 270 m northeast of Lindenberg at an altitude of 361 m above sea level. NHN right next to a hiking trail.
