Magnus Beite

Magnus Torkehagen Beite (born February 3, 1974 in Elverum , Norway ) is a Norwegian composer .

Life

Magnus Torkhagen Beite was born in Elverum and grew up in Gjøvik and Kragerø . At the age of 16 he played in a band with his uncle and met his future wife Hilde. He studied composition at the University of Southern California . He then made his debut in 2003 with the love drama Playas Ball, directed by Jennifer Harper , as a film composer for a feature film. In the German-speaking world, he is best known for his music for the horror trilogy Cold Prey , which includes Cold Prey - Eiskalter Tod , Cold Prey 2 Resurrection - Kalter als der Tod and Cold Prey III - The Beginning .

He has three children with his wife Hilde Reitan Hansen.
