Maik Wendorf (born January 6, 1965 ) is a former soccer player .

Wendorf played for the first and second team of FC Hansa Rostock between 1984 and 1988 . He came to a total of twelve missions in the GDR Oberliga , the top division of the GDR. After relegation in the 1985/86 season , the striker contributed seven goals in 26 league games to the direct resurgence. In the same season, the team also reached the FDGB cup final against 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig ; Wendorf came on in the 70th minute when the score was 1: 3, but could not prevent the 1: 4 defeat.

Wendorf later played for ASG Vorwärts Stralsund and BSG Motor Stralsund .
