Maralbexi (Chin. Bachu ) is a district in the administrative district of Kashgar in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 18,807 km². Its main town is the large municipality of Bachu (巴楚 镇).
The han - until late tang -temporal Tokuzsara-site (Tuokuzisalai Yizhi托库孜萨来遗址) stands since 2001 on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (5-135) .
