Marc Klingler (born January 11, 1984 in Rapperswil-Jona ) is a Swiss ice hockey goalkeeper who has been under contract with EHC Arosa in the first division since 2010 .

Career

The 1.88 m tall goalkeeper already played in the 2003/04 season with the junior team of the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers in the top Swiss junior division and was also appointed to the team's professional squad twice in the same season, although he was not used in the National League A came. After two more years, the Klingler commuted between junior and professional team, he finally celebrated his NLA debut for the Lakers in the 2006/07 season , with whom he was also on the ice in the play-offs.

In the following season , the Swiss also completed two appearances with cooperation partner HC Thurgau in the National League B and has since been a substitute goalkeeper for the Lakers behind regular goalkeeper Marco Streit . During the 2008/09 season , Klingler moved to the third-class first division for EHC Chur . In the 2009/10 season he played again for HC Thurgau in the NLB. Since 2010 he has been between the posts at EHC Arosa in the first division.
