Mariana Kautz
Mariana Kautz (today: Mariana Patschinski ; born July 23, 1980 in Berlin ) is a German figure skater .
biography
Mariana Kautz started figure skating as a single skater , but later switched to pair skating . She started for TSC Berlin . Their figure skating partner was Norman Jeschke , the pair was trained by Knut Schubert .
Kautz / Jeschke took part in the 2002 Winter Olympics, and after the 2002 World Championships , the couple separated. Kautz then briefly formed a couple with Florian Just , but ended her figure skating career in 2003. Then she began an internship with television.
In 2006 she married the soccer player Nico Patschinski , whose last name she also adopted.
