Marrakech Agreement

This article deals with the founding agreement of the World Trade Organization. For the agreement of the same name in the field of copyright for the benefit of people with print disabilities, see the Treaty of Marrakech .

As Marrakech Agreement , the Final Act are to conclude the Uruguay Round referred that after years of negotiations on 15 April 1994 by 124 countries in Marrakesh was signed. The founding of the World Trade Organization (WTO) was thus resolved and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) and Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) were achieved.
