Martin Pett (born October 12, 1986 in Rostock ) is a German football player who can be used both in defense and in midfield .

Career

In the summer of 2000 Pett moved from SV Warnemünde to the C1 youth team of FC Hansa Rostock . After he was mainly used as a striker , he played as a central defender in the offspring of the Bundesliga club at the time . From 2005 to 2010 Pett played for the second team of the Rostockers, first in the major league and after being promoted in 2008 also in the regional league . After the licensed team was relegated to the 3rd league in 2010 and the reserve team was withdrawn from the league for financial reasons despite having been relegated to the league in terms of sport, Pett, who had meanwhile also taken over the captaincy, moved to the Goslarer SC 08 , who had also been relegated to the Lower Saxony league . After only one year he returned to Rostock, began training as a sports and fitness clerk at the Hotel Neptun in Warnemünde and was able to win the championship in the 2011/12 season . Due to the repeated relegation of the first team to the 3rd division, the promotion right to the regional league could not be exercised.

In 2013, Pett completed the season preparation for the first team for the first time and then made his professional debut for FC Hansa Rostock at the age of 26 after being substituted on the 8th match day at Chemnitzer FC .

At the end of January 2015, Pett moved to the upper division FC Schönberg 95 .
