Matti Allan Ahde (born December 23, 1945 in Oulu - † December 20, 2019 in Helsinki ) was a Finnish sports official , politician and member of the Social Democratic Party of Finland (SDP).

Ahde was a member of the Finnish Parliament for the SDP from 1970 to 1990 . 1987/88 he was President of Parliament and from 1982 to 1987 he was a member of the Kalevi Sorsa government in various posts . From February 1982 to May 1983 he was Minister of the Interior and from October 1983 to April 1987 Finland's first Minister of the Environment .

From 1977 to 1995 he was chairman of the Finnish Workers' Sports Association TUL . From 1990 to 2001 he was a board member of the Finnish lottery company Veikkaus . Since 2003 he has been president of the Finnish floorball association SSBL . From 2003 to 2011 he was again a member of the Finnish Parliament.

Ahde had been married to Hilkka Marketta Ahde (née Riikonen ) since 1977 , and the couple had three children.
