Michael Lennox

Michael Carson Lennox is a Northern Irish director of short films , which at the Academy Awards in 2015 along with Ronan Blaney for the Oscar in the category Best Short Film for his work in Boogaloo and Graham was nominated. For this film he won a British Academy Film Award in 2015 together with Blaney and Brian J. Falconer .

biography

Michael Lennox grew up in County Antrim , Northern Ireland and studied film directing at the National Film and Television School in Beaconsfield . In 2008 he created his first short film Rip and the Preacher . Lennox has also been behind the camera on some films and produced the short film The Back of Beyond in 2012 . In 2012 he was also involved as a director on the episode film Hives , which was made in cooperation with the International Film School Cologne . In 2015 he directed his feature film debut A Patch of Fog .
