Michalis Pantelouris

Michalis Pantelouris (born September 13, 1974 in Berlin ) is a German - Greek author , journalist and columnist .

Life

Michalis (actually Michael Maximilian) Pantelouris was born as the son of a Greek diplomat who worked as a press officer at the embassy in Berlin . He is a graduate of the German School of Journalism and worked as an editor and freelance journalist for SZ-Magazin , Blonde and GEO , among others , before he left journalism in 2013 to sell olive oil . However, he remained active as a columnist for Emotion and GQ , among others . He gained greater fame through his weekly column “Dear future favorite woman” in SZ-Magazin , in which he described the experiences after the separation from his wife and his life as a partially single father and in 2017 he made a book. At the beginning of 2018 he was editor-in-chief of the magazine project Joko Winterscheidt's print product, JWD for short, of the Gruner + Jahr publishing house , the first edition of which was delivered at the end of March 2018.

He lives in Hamburg with his daughters .
