Mika Kauhanen (born September 14, 1989 in Kuopio ) is a former Finnish ski jumper who starts for the Puijon Hiihtoseura club .

Kauhanen made his first international appearances in the third-rate FIS Cup in December 2005.

On January 7, 2006, he made his debut in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup in Planica, Slovenia with a 55th place. His first points in this series of competitions he got on December 2, 2007 in Pragelato, when he finished 14th. This is also his best place in the COC so far.

In March 2007, the student from the Kuopio Sports High School won the bronze medal in team jumping at the Junior World Championships in Tarvisio, Italy, alongside Sami Niemi , Olli Muotka and Lauri Asikainen .

Kauhanen made his World Cup debut on November 29, 2008, when he qualified through the national group for the competition in Kuusamo . He finished his first World Cup jumping in 49th place.
