Millie Perkins (born May 12, 1938 in Passaic , New Jersey ) is an American film actress .
biography
Millie Perkins' film debut took place in 1959 - at the age of 21 - as the leading actress in The Diary of Anne Frank .
This was followed by appearances in television series such as Hart aber cordially , Murder is her hobby , A touch of heaven and AD - Anno Domini . Well-known films that Perkins starred in include Two Moon Junction and The Chamber . In the 1961 film Song of the Rebels ( Wild in the Country ) she played alongside Elvis Presley .
Perkins, who was the bridesmaid at Jack Nicholson's wedding , was married twice. Her second marriage to director Robert Thom was divorced, as was her first two-year marriage (1960–1962) to actor Dean Stockwell .
