Mohamed Hussein Ali

Major Mohamed Hussein Ali (* 1956 in Eldoret ) is a Kenyan civil servant and belongs to the Somali ethnic group . He was the police chief of Kenya during the riots in Kenya in 2007/2008 and is currently (December 2010) head of the Kenyan post office.

On December 15, 2010, the International Criminal Court (ICC) received a subpoena concerning Mohamed Hussein Ali from its chief prosecutor, Luis Moreno Ocampo . If the application were to be granted, he would have to appear before the court for crimes against humanity.
