Muftah Muhammad Kaiba

Muftah Muhammad Kaiba ( Arabic مفتاح محمد كعيبة, DMG Miftāḥ Muḥammad Kuʿaiba ) is a Libyan politician .

Career

Kaiba attended secondary school in Misurata together with Gaddafi and was in the 1980s a. a. Minister of Justice and from March 3, 2008 to March 5, 2009 General Secretary of the People's Congress as successor to Zantani Muhammad az-Zantani .
