Part 1, the first floor, is followed by Part 2, the second floor. Meanwhile, a dog waits in vain for an elevator to take him to the higher floors. The skyscraper is growing rapidly, is even being built around corners and completed on time at 5 p.m. Finally, on the top of the skyscraper, a worker sticks a flag with Umpire State written on it. The site manager is satisfied. The dog, who couldn't take the elevator, comes out of the building and closes the high-rise door. The entire high-rise collapses.
