Mustafa Kemal Madbuli Mohammed Nassar (also Mostafa Madbuly ; Arabic مصطفى كمال مدبولي محمد نصار, DMG Muṣṭafā Kamāl Madbūlī Muḥammad Naṣār , born April 28, 1966 ) is an Egyptian engineer and politician. After serving as Minister for Housing in the Ismail Cabinet from 2015, he has been Egypt's 54th Prime Minister since June 14, 2018 (see Madbuli Cabinet ).

Life

Madbuli graduated from Cairo University with an engineering degree. In 1988 he did his master's degree and in 1997 he received his doctorate. From September 2009 to November 2011 Madbuli was chairman of the “General Authority for Urban Planning” in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development; he was also the executive director of the "Institute for Education and Urban Studies" in the Ministry's "Housing and Building Research Center". From November 2012 to February 2014 he was Regional Director for the Arab States in the United Nations' Human Settlements Program . In March 2014, he was appointed Minister for Housing under Ibrahim Mehlab . In November 2017 it became the first transitional premier after Prime Minister Sherif Ismail was flown to Germany for medical treatment.

Mustafa Madbuli is politically independent and belongs to the Muslim majority of Egypt.
