Nanxi ( Chinese  南溪 区 , Pinyin Nánxī Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture -level city of Yibin in the southeast of the southwest Chinese province of Sichuan . It has an area of ​​704.43 km² and has around 410,000 inhabitants (2004).
