Narumi Kakinouchi ( Jap. 垣野内成美 , Kakinouchi Narumi , Narumi married Hirano, 平野成美 * 21st March 1962 in Osaka ) is a Japanese manga - illustrator and animator who primarily by Vampire Princess Miyu became known.

Life
