Nicole Büchler (born December 17, 1983 ) is a Swiss athlete . She holds the Swiss record in pole vault , is a two-time medalist at the Universiade and was voted Swiss Athlete of the Year in 2008, 2009 and 2016.

Life

Büchler did rhythmic gymnastics in her youth and took part in two world championships and four European championships. It was not until she was 19 that she switched to athletics. Büchler starts for LC Zurich , her trainer is her husband Mitch Greeley.

Büchler completed her master's degree in sports science in 2015. Before that she attended the German Gymnasium Biel , which she graduated with the Matura in 2004 .
