The Lower Saxony State Office for Remuneration and Supply ( NLBV ) is a state authority in Lower Saxony within the scope of the Lower Saxony Ministry of Finance and is based in Hanover. There are also three decentralized locations in Aurich , Braunschweig and Lüneburg .
