Nikolaus Sander

Nikolaus Sander (born June 7, 1943 in Danzig ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives from 1989 to 1999 .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1964, Nikolaus Sander studied philosophy, theology and German in Paderborn, Munich and at the Free University of Berlin with the second state examination for teaching in 1976.

Party and politics

Sander joined the SPD in 1972 and was chairman of the SPD Zehlendorf from 1984 to 1992. From 1979 to 1984 he was a member of the Zehlendorf district council . He moved into the Berlin House of Representatives for the first time in 1989 and again in 1991 as a replacement for the retired Norbert Meisner . In the Berlin House of Representatives election in 1995, he received a mandate on the Zehlendorf district list.
